Full refund
You get a full refund if you were charged twice for the same order, if the video could not be generated or delivered, if we refuse the order under our policies, or if the file is technically broken (for example, it does not play).
Case by case
AI results vary. If the result has a serious problem, such as the wrong people or roles, contact us and we will review a regeneration or refund. Dislike of a normal AI variation is not usually a reason for a refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel before payment at any time. After payment, generation starts automatically; contact us quickly if you made a mistake.
How to ask
Email luhuairong7@gmail.com with your order number and order email, and explain the problem. Do not buy again to fix the same order.
